Feeling like you're navigating the incredible, sometimes overwhelming, world of newborn-hood solo? We get it. That's why we're creating a truly special place just for you and your little one, designed for connection, learning, and finding your footing in this wild new chapter.

Here's what awaits you:

Expert leadership: This powerful program is led by Dr. Paula Elbirt, a highly respected pediatrician, author, and child advocate.

Gentle activities: Think cozy cuddles, gentle baby massage, exploring early milestones, and learning how to communicate with your tiny human in a relaxed, baby-friendly atmosphere.

Real talk, real support: Share triumphs, navigate challenges, and build authentic friendships with other parents who get it. We'll cover everything from sleep cues and feeding journeys to reclaiming your postpartum self and setting healthy boundaries.

Family-friendly space: Out beautiful campus boasts kid-friendly bathrooms, ample changing tables, quiet areas for feeding, and cozy rocking chairs. Plus, complimentary childcare for your older kids in the room right next door!

A "held" community: This program is offered at no cost, and dedicated to creating a safe, understanding, and inclusive environment where every parent feels support and seen.
