Building a Better Brain for a Better Life

Come join us for this unique and empowering class led by Dr. Fern Engelson, and learn how to strengthen and protect your brain, now and for the future. We will practice specific gentle movements, breathing techniques, self-massage, and other modalities, all designed to promote neuroplasticity as we grow new and healthy brain cells and neuronal pathways, along with fostering the proper blood flow that is vital for a healthy brain.

Along with these practices, we will also learn healthy lifestyle tips and strategies needed to strengthen brain function. When practiced regularly, these exercises and strategies will help to: improve memory, focus, and concentration, reduce forgetfulness, and improve mood by calming the mind and lifting the spirit!

All are welcome to join this 6-week series. The movements are adaptable and no prior experience needed.
